Their mandate is comprehensive: clearly defining project scope, developing robust schedules, maintaining strict budget control, managing the procurement of materials and labor, and coordinating all subcontractors. They work in close partnership with key stakeholders—including clients, architects, and engineers—to guarantee seamless execution, punctual completion, and successful delivery. Above all, they ensure unwavering adherence to quality control, safety standards, and all industry best practices.

The Theia Group Construction Project Coordinator is the linchpin of project organization, providing essential administrative and logistical support to the Project Manager. Their duties ensure seamless operations across the board: managing all project documentation, tracking and updating the schedule, assisting with procurement and budget management, and coordinating with subcontractors. They are key communicators, working closely with the entire team and stakeholders to facilitate effective information flow and ensure the smooth, efficient progress of the project.

The Theia Group Construction Site Supervisor is the essential, on-site leader, directly responsible for the successful day-to-day execution of operations. They expertly manage all construction crews, oversee materials and equipment, and coordinate with subcontractors. Critically, the Supervisor enforces strict safety regulations and site rules, ensuring all activities strictly follow established plans, specifications, and quality standards. They are the driving force on site, reporting progress directly to the Project Manager and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

The Theia Group Construction Site Assistant (or Crew Leader) is the tactical right hand to the Site Supervisor, providing essential support in managing and coordinating our in-house construction teams. They assist in overseeing daily activities, managing crew assignments, and providing on-the-ground guidance to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently. This role is critical for maintaining safety compliance, tracking progress, assisting with subcontractor coordination, and ensuring all documentation is meticulously kept, which contributes directly to the smooth and successful operation of the site.
